What Delivery Methods Are Available?

Deliveries are carried out every Monday, Wednesday & Friday depending on location.

Deliveries are Made by Courier or sent via registered mail. A tracking number will be given if requested. You can also opt for pickup from our studio if you prefer. Just let us know on the Checkout of the item through our website.

Shipping Cost is Euro 4.00 for any items, Orders above Euro 50.00 are entitled to free delivery.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Items in stock are delivered between one and five working days.  Items not in stock may vary.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Delivery to Gozo is also handled through registered mail.

Buying a Product As a Gift?

If the item is a gift and requires Delivery, kindly send us details of the Receiver including the message you would like to include with your Present. Birthday Cards or special occasion cards are also available on request.

Online orders for Christmas presents which include delivery can be done up to the 16th of December. After that date, any items would need to be picked up in person.

Orders and Returns

Returning orders?

Items are can only be returned if they are in the same condition as sent and must be unworn. Items must be returned within 7 days from the day of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging and returned within 7 days from purchase.

Earrings, scarves, and headbands are not exchangeable due to hygienic purposes.

If 7 working days elapse and the buyer does not inform us or doesn’t return piece/s in mint condition, we would not allow any exchanges to take place.

We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case, send us an email on igioiellidinina@gmail.com and a photo of your product.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

If you would like to cancel your order, simply send us an email with the following criteria within the first 24 hours;
– Subject: Cancel Order
– Description: Order number & Reason for cancellation

A full refund will be returned to the used beneficiary.
